Tangelo Mimosa Ice Pop

A refreshing twist on a classic mimosa!

ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of champagne
  • 0.5 cup tangelo juice, freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tablespoon pectin
  • 6 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)

instructions

  1. Mix together tangelo juice and pectin for one minute. Add champagne and continue to stir to release carbonation.
  2. Using a funnel, fill pouches to 1-2 cm below line, leaving room for expansion. Freeze upright for 8 hours or longer. Ice pop may not freeze completely solid due to alcohol content. Cheers!
