Mix together tangelo juice and pectin for one minute. Add champagne and continue to stir to release carbonation.
Using a funnel, fill pouches to 1-2 cm below line, leaving room for expansion. Freeze upright for 8 hours or longer. Ice pop may not freeze completely solid due to alcohol content. Cheers!
