Rootbeer Float Ice Pop
No need for mugs to enjoy this cool and creamy root beer float ice pop. So popular we can't keep them in the freezer!
ingredients
- 1.5 cans of rootbeer
- 1.5 quarts of vanilla ice cream (we recommend french vanilla; 1.42L)
- 12 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Let sit to reduce carbonation.
- Using a funnel, fill pouches to recommended line. Place upright in a mug or container and freeze until solid. YUM!
