ingredients
1 bottle Stirrings® Peach Bellini drink mix (25 floz). Available at Cost Plus World Market.
1 bottle champagne (substitute lemon lime soda or flavored sparkling water)
1 ounce Monin® Blackberry Syrup
8 champagne flutes
8 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
instructions
Using a funnel, fill pouches with Bellini mix. Zip close and freeze in an upright position until solid..
When ready to serve, break ice pop in half and place one half into each empty champagne flute. Slowly pour champagne or sparkling soda over top ice pop. Cheers!
