Ingredients
  • 2.25 lb. Fresh tomatos cored and quartered
  • 2 Tbsp basil Finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
Servings: Zipzicle® Ice Pop

Instructions
  1. Place tomatoes in a food processor in batches.
  2. Cover and process until pureed.
  3. Press mixture through a fine mesh sieve and discard solids.
  4. Stir basil, salt, and pepper into strained juice.
  5. Pour mixture into Zipzicle® Ice Pop bags.
  6. Freeze until firm. Approx. 4 hours.
