Yield: 6 Cocktail Ice Pops
Tangelo Mimosa Ice Pop
A refreshing twist on a classic mimosa!
- 1.5 cups of champagne
- 0.5 cup tangelo juice, freshly squeezed preferred
- 1 tablespoon pectin
- 6 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
- Mix together tangelo juice and pectin for one minute. Add champagne and continue to stir to release carbonation.
- Using a funnel, fill pouches to 1-2 cm below line, leaving room for expansion. Freeze upright for 8 hours or longer. Ice pop may not freeze completely solid due to alcohol content. Cheers!
