Peach Bellini Ice Pop
Perfect for weddings, showers, or even ladies night in!
- 1 bottle Stirrings® Peach Bellini drink mix (25 floz). Available at Cost Plus World Market.
- 1 bottle champagne (substitute lemon lime soda or flavored sparkling water)
- 1 ounce Monin® Blackberry Syrup
- 8 champagne flutes
- 8 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
- Using a funnel, fill pouches with Bellini mix. Zip close and freeze in an upright position until solid..
- When ready to serve, break ice pop in half and place one half into each empty champagne flute. Slowly pour champagne or sparkling soda over top ice pop. Cheers!
