Lime ginger Ice Pops
A ginger twist to a non-alcohol mojito!
- 3 cups limeade
- 4 tbsps lime juice
- 1 tbsp Monin Mojito syrup
- 1 cup ginger beer
- 6 sprigs of fresh mint
- 8 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
- Remove leaves from mint stems and add leaves to blender. Add remaining ingredients and puree all ingredients well. Strain leaves from mixture.
- Using a funnel fill ice pop pouch to line. Zip closed and freeze upright in a mug or container. Enjoy!
