Yield: 8 Ice Pops
Lavender Coffee Ice Pops
A great way to take a break in your day!
- 1 cup espresso
- 3 fluid ounces lavender syrup (we use Monin®)
- 2.5 cups vanilla almond milk
- 8 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- Using a funnel, fill pouches to recommended line. Place upright in a mug or container and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
