Ingredients
  • 3.5 cups rhubarb fresh, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup raw cane sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3.5 cups strawberries fresh, hulled and cut
  • 12 Zipzicle® pouches (available at zipzicles.com)

Instructions
  1. Place rhubarb, sugar and water in saucepan. Simmer and stir 10 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and sugar is dissolved. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  2. Blend strawberries and cooled rhubarb until smooth.
  3. Using batter pen or funnel, fill pouches and zip closed. Freeze upright until solid. Enjoy!
