Ingredients
  • 21 fluid ounces grapefruit juice pink or red
  • 7 fluid ounces gin
  • 2 fluid ounces simple sugar syrup 1:1 water and sugar, boiled until dissolved, cooled
  • 1 rosemary sprig cut fine (optional)
  • 12 Zipzicle® pouches
Servings: Zipzicle® Ice Pops

Instructions
  1. Mix juice and gin together. Sweeten to taste. Flavors should be a little stronger as they will weaken slightly when frozen.
  2. Add rosemary sparingly to each pouch before sealing (optional).
  3. Fill pouches to line. Freeze upright. May not freeze completely solid due to alcohol content. Cheers!
