Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Chocolate Stout Beer double chocolate stout recommended
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 6 Zipzicle® pouches available at www.zipzicles.com

Instructions
  1. Pour the Stout into a tall pitcher and add ice cream. Once the foam settles, gently fold the two together to create a creamy brown liquid. Continue to stir until well mixed.
  2. Place mixture in batter pen. We used Pancake Pen® by Tovolo.
  3. Fill pouches to 1-2 cm below indicated line (leaving room for expansion). Zip closed and freeze upright. Ice pop may not freeze solid due to alcohol content. Enjoy!
