Ingredients
  • 3 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh squeezed for best flavor
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 12 Zipzicle® pouches (available at zipzicles.com)

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring blueberries, orange juice and honey to a slow simmer for 10 minutes until blueberries are soft.
  2. Remove pan from the heat and add Chia Seed. With a fork or potato masher, flatten blueberries. Stir and let cool.
  3. Fill pouches to line using a batter pen. Freeze until solid and enjoy!
